counsellor | philosopher
I counsel people who feel anxious, lost or stuck. I help them to find more freedom and meaning in life, while honouring their ability to heal and grow within relationships. I am committed to having compassionate conversations that respect their perspectives.
My counselling practice is creative and collaborative, guided by psychological research and informed about trauma. It affirms our gender, sexual, and cultural diversity. Using my interdisciplinary training, I integrate the tools of psychotherapy with insights from philosophy.
I meet clients online via Zoom or in person in London. I work with individuals, couples, and groups.
Fees
£75 per 50-minute session for individuals; £100 for couples. I offer a reduced rate for clients in need.
